The Institute of Crystallography Catania Unit of Research National Council (CNR-IC-CT) uses skills in the field of chemistry and biology aimed at studying the molecular mechanisms that underlie numerous human diseases for the development of new "tools " for prevention, diagnosis and therapies. The institute is characterized by many specific skills in the fields of chemistry (synthesis, physics-chemistry, analytical chemistry, thermodynamics) and biology (molecular biology, biochemistry, cell biology). In particular, it studies the structure-activity-function relationships of inorganic, organic, bioinorganic, natural molecules of industrial and bio-pharmaceutical interest.
This offer intended as permanent availability by the host for the internship. If a call is open over a specific period/topic/funding available this will be displayed in the panel 'Open call for internship/thesis'
