The Lamego Museum is housed in an emblematic 18th-century palace in the old town, which was the residence and seat of the episcopal government until the advent of the Republic.
With a truly eclectic collection, it features paintings, tapestries, furniture, jewellery, vestments and means of transport, which were in the former palace, later complemented by a set of wreaths covered in superb gilded carving, archaeological specimens, ceramics, engravings, drawings, photographs and coins, in addition to a documentary fund and a generous library with approximately ten thousand copies.
This offer intended as permanent availability by the host for the internship. If a call is open over a specific period/topic/funding available this will be displayed in the panel 'Open call for internship/thesis'
