Abstract
Protection of life and health, i.e. ensuring the safety of people, is an inspiring area of ??engineering activity. There are many methods of passive protection against the effects of accidents, one of the possibilities is the use of pneumatic absorbers. Conducting experimental, analytical and numerical tests will allow to assess the usefulness of modern kinetic energy absorbers, which can be used in many areas of broadly understood security.
