The A.I.D.E. Region of Sicily, from the year of its establishment, 2017, has been projected to support families, children, adolescents and the disabled. The activities are implemented through public events, listening desks, and in particular a "neutral space". The latter is used by various lawyers and / or families in the provincial territory, put in place to support recovering or maintaining the parental relationship, supporting parenting skills, which can be recovered through individualized paths, respecting the developmental needs of minors, when the conflict between parents or other situations compromise the parent / child relationship. Neutral space takes place in a place that is neutral to conflict between parents, it is a suitably equipped welcoming environment. An important cross-section of the association is to provide an outlet for the support of educational poverty, also through information and therefore with the aim of socially promote rights, services, protection of associates and service seekers.
