Abstract
This work deals with the preparation and physicochemical characterization by various spectroscopies and microscopies of nanocomposites made of lipid vesicles in different aggregation states (SUV, SLB), graphene oxide and the drug alverine citrate. Preliminary biological test of oxidative stress (Mitosox assay), viability (MTT) and organelle perturbation (confocal microscopy) will be included.
