Research theses
The research focuses on the study of new emerging technologies in the new industrial revolution that will alter the way we live and work, and their real impact on the labor market, with special reference to the degree of automation of occupations by sectors and countries. It is about giving a hopeful perspective on the future of employment and generating empirical evidence on possible inequalities to urge governments and institutions to act so that this revolution does not benefit only a few. The objective is to analyze topics such as the contribution of robots to Social Security, legal personality and civil liability of robots and new diseases that will arise in this work scenario, such as technostress and a new concept that I suggest: "technological burn out".
