Abstract
The goal of Advanced up and down photocataLYst for ChEmical applications (ALYCE) is to develop a new concept of photocatalyst able to adsorb pollutants from bulck solution and expose them to water air interface using several phisical chemical properties such as density variation or gas forming. The aim is to increase the percentage of pollutants at the air-water interface in order to improve photodegradation efficiency following direct photolysis and photocatalysis reactions.
