Bioprofiling

The Bioprofiling platform is a shared proteomics and metabolomics mass spectrometry facility to support biomarker discovery, biological profiling and training for academic, clinical and industrial partners.

This platform provides advanced infrastructure and expertise in mass spectrometry and NMR for the identification and quantification of biomarkers, small molecules and proteins, covering both metabolomics (“MetaVision”) and targeted/quantitative proteomics (“MS‑Quanta”).
