The Facility continues to develop a strong expertise in Scanning Probe Microscopy for the characterization of the physico-chemical properties of materials, combined with IR and Raman spectroscopy.

The laboratory is equipped with Cisco networking devices and IoT system components. Remote access to the laboratory is enabled by EspressoLabs software.

The laboratory conducts research and development work in the field of unmanned aerial vehicle applications, autonomous systems, and flight control.
