Abstract
This research thesis proposal aims to investigate innovative integrated (i.e., daylighting and artificial lighting) lighting design in school buildings, which typically suffer from uneven lighting distribution within classrooms and correlated overheating issues. The thesis work will take advantage of both experimental measurements (e.g., illuminance and luminance meters) and advanced lighting simulations carried out with Radiance-based software tools
