Growth and characterization of Transparent Conductive Oxides

Abstract
The activity refers to the growth of ultra thin films by sputtering deposition of TCO (Transparent Conductive Oxides) for application in PV solar cells. Samples are deposited on quartz and on silicon solar cells to study structural, optical and electrical properties as a function of the deposition parameters, post deposition thermal processes and doping of the oxides.
